Ingredients: Magnesium Flakes, Bentonite Clay, Black Lava Salt, Kananga Water, Organic Essential Oils, Clear Quartz

Directions: Add the contents of the entire bottle to a tub of water. Soak for approximately 20-30 minutes. (Pssss, this is a great time to meditate, visualize and affirm!)
